The forum sessions addressed a number of topics related to achieving Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in all fields, including: the role of science and technology in pushing countries towards innovation. There was also a session entitled: The Global Multi-Stakeholder Partnership Dialogue for Small Island Developing States, as well as considering the dimensions of the concept of global foresight regarding climate issues, and the concept of strategic environmental foresight.
Regarding these two concepts – foresight and foresight – related to the environment and climate, the forum held a session entitled: Measuring and monitoring emissions at the community level: qualitative solutions that can be developed towards Goals 1 and 13 of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It was coordinated by international bodies represented by the International Association of Universities (IAU), the University of Bergen, members of the Habitable Air Project, the International Council for Science, and the Global Research Program on Inequality (GRIP).
