In this context, a meeting was held between Dr. Ahmed Al-Sabki, “President of the General Authority for Health Care and General Supervisor of the Comprehensive Health Insurance Project,” and Dr. Osama Abdel-Hay, “Captain General of the Egyptian Doctors Syndicate.” For an expanded discussion on activating the Syndicate’s Center for Continuing Professional Education (SCOPE) within the Authority’s hospitals, and training medical staff in accordance with the latest scientific standards and internationally approved treatment protocols, with a move towards signing a strategic cooperation protocol that allows benefiting from the training centers affiliated with the Medical Syndicate, and providing continuing medical education programs in various specialties.

Based on the above, Dr. Ahmed Al-Sabki, “President of the General Authority for Health Care and General Supervisor of the Comprehensive Health Insurance Project,” confirmed that Egypt’s doctors represent one of the most important assets of the Egyptian health system, noting that the General Authority for Health Care is always working to improve the work environment and overcome professional challenges in the health sector. This enables health sector cadres to play their leadership role within the Egyptian health system in general, and enhances performance efficiency within the comprehensive health insurance system in particular.
