The Minister believes that the current era is an era of “global turmoil” in its comprehensive form, as it is a turmoil in the trade and energy system, the rules of technology and knowledge, as well as in the concept of development itself, and is not limited to politics only. The year 2025 has proven that the challenges have become global in nature, with local impact, there is no difference between an advanced and a developing economy, and that the future is in the hands of those who have the ability to organize and see and have enough flexibility to overcome the surrounding fluctuations. In the midst of these fluctuations, Egypt chose the path of work and production and made sustainable development a means to enhance Stability and peace are not weapons of competition and conflict.

At the same time, the state worked to develop the infrastructure and transportation system as it is an essential element for industrial and investment development. In addition to integrated international development corridors that support Egypt’s transformation into a regional center for trade and logistics, linking production areas to sea ports, via safe and fast means of transportation, these corridors include: (Arish/Taba Corridor – Sokhna Corridor/Alexandria Corridor – Safaga/Qena/Abu Tartur Corridor – Cairo/Alexandria Corridor – Tanta Corridor/Mansoura/Damietta – Jargoub/Salloum Corridor – Cairo/Aswan Corridor/ Abu Simbel).
