Opening of the industrial city east of Port Said
In the presence of a number of Egyptian and Emirati ministers and officials, Dr. Mostafa Madbouly - Prime Minister of Egypt - inaugurated the Kizad Industrial City project east of Port Said, which is considered a milestone in international cooperation between the two countries. Project Details
The Kizad Industrial City project east of Port Said extends over an area of 20 square kilometers, and is being implemented in phases, starting with the first phase, which covers 2.8 square kilometers. This phase aims to provide an integrated infrastructure that meets the needs of various industries, with a total investment of120 million US dollars allocated to cover market and technical studies and preliminary construction work. Construction work for this phase is expected to begin at the end of the year 2025, which includes the construction of a 1.5 km pier, with the possibility of adding a multi-purpose charging station in the future.
The usufruct contract for the Kizad Industrial City project, east of Port Said, will last for 50 years.
