In recent years, Egypt has been able to transfer its expertise in the fields of environment and development to the whole world, through international conferences related to achievingUN goals in many vital sectors; This ultimately led to the crystallization of the Egyptian government’s plans related to development and the environment.
Since its launch ceremony - sponsored byMinistry of Social Solidarity- the magazine “Earth Guards” has spared no effort in promoting awareness of both environmental and development issues, and in celebrating a full year of achievements, they launched together “Earth Guards Shield” competition; In order to honor institutions with truly sustainable achievements, and this is their belief in the role ofthe private sector - and other institutions - insupporting women, andprotecting the environmentfrom harmful emissions, and achievingdevelopment goals Sustainable.
To put the final touches on this competition,Dr. Nevin Al-Kabbaj - Minister of Social Solidarity- receivedDr. Reham Farouk “Chairman of the Board of Directors of Earth Guards Magazine”, where it was confirmed that the most prominent private sector companies had implemented the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which include: The most important of them are:

- Supporting rural women and enhancing their role in achieving sustainable development.
- Maintaining “optimal production and consumption”; In support of the rights of other generations and protecting them from poverty.

- Efforts to prepare for and respond to environmental crises and natural disasters.
