In conjunction with International Youth Day, Egypt recently launched the “National Strategy for Youth and Sports 2025–2032”, in a qualitative step that reflects the state’s commitment to empowering youth, and confirms the role of sport in moving sustainable development efforts, and full attention to its pressing issues at home and abroad.
This strategy is based on an integrated vision that combines investment in youth capabilities, maximizing the benefit of sport as an economic resource and a soft diplomatic tool, with broad national and international partnerships.

This was confirmed by Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, “Prime Minister,” in his recorded speech during the launch ceremony of the “National Strategy for Youth and Sports 2025–2032,” where he stressed that this strategy is the first of its kind in the youth and sports sector, and comes within the framework of the state’s efforts to achieve sustainable human development.
The Prime Minister also stressed the government’s interest – under the guidance of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi – in youth and sports. Recognizing the importance of these two fields in building the modern state, shaping the awareness of generations, and achieving social and economic progress.
