At the conclusion of this report,The The Earth Guards Foundation would like to draw attention to the fact that what we witnessed during this week in the diplomatic and developmental movement of the Ministry of Social Solidarity highlights to all Egyptians that noticeable shift in the way the file of social solidarity and comprehensive social protection is managed within the country.
These movements also reveal that investing in the most needy groups has become a strategic necessity to ensure the national ability to confront accelerating challenges. They also confirm that building a sustainable protection system requires linking social support to employment, education, and health policies, in a way that transforms services from financial aid only into real paths to empowerment.
In light of this,The Earth Guards Foundation believes that the current moment necessitates developing evaluation and monitoring mechanisms, enhancing transparency, and expanding community participation so that the concept of social solidarity remains a comprehensive, participatory path. Because the true criterion for the success of these efforts is their ability to create a sustainable impact that the citizen feels in his daily life, and enhances his ability to withstand and advance.
