From this standpoint, Dr. Mohamed Farid Saleh, Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade, launched the portalThe new electronic form of the General Authority for Investment and Free Zones, in the presence of Mr. Hassan Raddad, Minister of Labor, and Dr. Mohamed Awad, CEO of the Authority, as part of the state’s efforts to develop the services provided to investors, promote digital transformation, and improve the quality of government services.
This came during a tour of the investment zone, which included the opening of the investor services center and inspection of the food products exhibition and a number of factories. Dr. Muhammad Farid explained that the new portal was designed to be a unified digital platform that allows investors to easily access investment information and services, which contributes to simplifying the investor’s journey and facilitating the completion of services and access to investment data.
The development of this digital system comes within the framework of supporting the objectives of the ninth goal of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) on industry, innovation and infrastructure, fromBy enhancing digital transformation and employing technology and innovation to develop services and raise their efficiency.

Investor care and receiving complaints and suggestions
The portal includes an integrated set of services and platforms affiliated with the Authority, including electronic services, investor service centers, free and investment zones, the golden license, entrepreneurship services and support for emerging companies.
The Investor Care platform provides a unified path for registering complaints and suggestions, following them up, and processing them according to a specific time frame, while providing a reference number for the investor to follow up on the complaint until it is resolved, as well as the possibility of evaluating the level of satisfaction with the service provided. The platform also includes tools for analyzing data and measuring the level of satisfaction, which helps monitor and identify investors’ needsContinuously seek opportunities to develop the service system.
These mechanisms support the objectives of the sixteenth goal of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), which calls for achieving peace, justice, and strong institutions, by enhancing transparency, raising the efficiency of institutions, and providing clear channels to respond to the needs of investors.
Dr. Muhammad Farid indicated that the platform represents an effective tool for monitoring the efficiency of the investment system according to measurable indicators, and providing real-time reports that support decision makers in following up on the performance of services and analyzing their reality, in a way that enhances the speed of response and raises the efficiency of the investor care system.
