Based on this, the Minister of Labor, Mr. Hassan Raddad, confirmed that the Egyptian state, under the leadership of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, views investment as one of the main drivers of development and job creation, and that building and qualifying people with the required skills represents a basic foundation for maximizing the return on investments and projects, stressing that Arab, African and Asian cooperation must move from historical relations and political rapprochement to concrete economic and development partnerships that benefit and open up peoples. The Minister stressed that qualifying the human element is linked to providing an attractive legislative and investment environment, noting that the new Labor Law No. 14 of 2025 supports the stability of labor relations, enhances job security, and provides a clearer framework for investors. The Ministry also supports investors through the Investor Business Facilitation Unit, which works to quickly respond to their requests and overcome challenges, which contributes toImproving the investment environment and establishing new projects that provide sustainable job opportunities.
