The Chairman of the Authority also met with Dr. Mohamed Shoura, CEO of Paxera Health, where the two parties discussed opportunities for cooperation in unifying medical imaging systems (PACS/VNA) within the Authority’s facilities. To clarify, the VNA and PACS systems serve different but complementary purposes, as the PACS system focuses primarily on radiology workflow and quick access to medical images, while the VNA system was designed to unify data at the enterprise level and archive it over the long term.
