The Prime Minister also indicated that the government was able to implement an integrated national program for education reform, which included:
- Expansion of establishing schools
- Developing the educational infrastructure
- Improving the quality of curricula
- Understanding labor market mechanisms
He also confirmed that the state has succeeded over recent years in significantly reducing class density, after some of the classes included more than 100 students, explaining that the average density had decreased to about 41 students, and this is despite the large population increase, which raised the population to more than 110 million people.

In this context, he pointed out that this expansion is linked to the introduction of modern specializations and the development of academic programs.
