The signing ceremony took place in the presence of Dr. Mahmoud Esmat, Minister of Electricity and Renewable Energy, who signed the protocol on behalf of Egypt, while for the Russian side it was signed by Mr. Alexei Likhachev, General Director of the Rosatom State Energy Corporation.
